Returns and Exchanges
Every order is different, and we take each scenario as it comes. If it is a special scenario (we are reasonable) please contact us directly. However, below you will find our standard policies.
Our 15-day no hassle return policy
This applies to all items unused or unopened items ordered within 15 days. You will get to return the item back to us for a full refund, at no charge to you!
We allow you to return items that you ordered up to 30 days from the day you receive the item(s). Any unopened or unused product will be refunded entirely as long as the prerequisite above is met.
Atomizers, E-Juice, Coils must be returned in its original condition for a full refund. We cannot accept these items back used!
Any returns past the 30 day policy will be subjected to restocking fee, return shipping fee, and depending on the item we may not be able to accept the return at all (such as if its a atomizer, ejuice, or coils).
Item received is damaged or doesn't work!
Please contact us via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org, we do need to start a return process. However, if it is found to be damaged or defective, you will be entirely refunded.
You must report damages within 15 days of delivery. Passing this period of time, will force us to claim defects directly with the manufacturer (which means exchange of the same item or equal value not money back).
